Install a total of (12) 32A Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, including all necessary electrical infrastructure, in two designated parking areas. (8) charging stations will be installed in the parking lot adjacent to Good Intent Rd, while (4) will be installed near the Club House. The scope of work includes running appropriately sized conduit and conductors, installing dedicated circuit breakers, load centers, and necessary protective devices to ensure compliance with NEC standards. The system will be integrated with existing electrical service, requiring potential transformer upgrades, load calculations, and coordination with the utility provider to ensure adequate power distribution and minimal voltage drop. Proper grounding, signage, and commissioning tests will be performed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
