Install (4) Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, along with all associated electrical infrastructure, in the parking lot of the building. The installation will include appropriately sized conduit and conductors, dedicated circuit breakers, load centers, and protective devices to ensure compliance with NEC standards. Electrical service integration will be assessed, including load calculations and potential transformer upgrades to support the additional demand. Coordination with the utility provider will be conducted as needed to ensure proper power distribution and minimal voltage drop. Grounding, safety signage, and commissioning tests will be performed to verify compliance, efficiency, and safe operation of the charging system.
