Deploy (8) Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations along the side of the townhouses, positioned between the garages to facilitate convenient vehicle access. Each townhouse will be equipped with (4) EV chargers, ensuring efficient charging availability for residents. The installation will involve routing appropriately sized conduits, integrating dedicated circuit breakers, and configuring load centers to meet electrical code requirements. A thorough assessment of the existing power infrastructure will be conducted to determine if transformer upgrades or load balancing adjustments are necessary. Additionally, grounding systems, weather-resistant enclosures, and proper signage will be incorporated to enhance safety and compliance. Final commissioning tests will be performed to validate operational efficiency and reliability.
