This is the installation of sixteen (16) Wallbox electric vehicle (EV) chargers within a garden-style condominium complex, along with all necessary electrical infrastructure such as conduit runs, wiring, distribution panels, circuit breakers, and load management systems. The project also involves integrating switch networking equipment to facilitate communication and remote monitoring. Additionally, two (2) existing ChargePoint CT4000 EV chargers will be decommissioned and replaced with new Wallbox pedestal-mounted chargers, ensuring seamless integration with the existing electrical service infrastructure. All necessary electrical modifications, including panel upgrades, circuit reconfigurations, and compliance testing per NEC and local code requirements, will be performed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
