Install (2) electric vehicle (EV) charging station fixtures within the existing curbed island areas adjacent to on-site parking spaces, seamlessly integrating them into the current property layout. An additional parking stall will be designated to accommodate an accessible EV charging space, ensuring compliance with ADA requirements. These EV charging fixtures function as accessory installations, incidental to the existing commercial use, and are intended exclusively for customer convenience. Their strategic placement prioritizes EV parking while maintaining optimal visibility along the interior circulation aisle, enhancing accessibility for shoppers. The installation will involve connecting the charging stations to the existing electrical infrastructure, with considerations for load management, conduit routing, and compliance with NEC standards. No modifications will be made to the existing parking layout or traffic circulation, ensuring minimal disruption to the property's operational flow.
