The project involves installing two (2) EV charging stations within an existing commercial parking lot, ensuring seamless integration without altering current traffic circulation. These charging stations will function as accessory fixtures, providing priority access for EV customers while enhancing sustainability efforts. Positioned for high visibility and convenience, the stations will not impact existing parking layouts or pedestrian pathways. Two additional stalls will be designated for Volta stations, adhering to the 1 stall per 400 sq. ft. parking requirement. The installation will comply with NEC Article 625, ensuring proper load management, grounding, and overcurrent protection.
